Booking and Pricing

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Prices are subject to change due to sudden increases in costs from hotels, transportation services, or new government taxes. Rates only include the items specified in your itinerary.
Quoted rates are valid for the specified dates and room category. Any changes to the stay period or room type will invalidate these rates.
Rates are not applicable during high-demand periods, such as trade fairs, exhibitions, special events, or blackout dates (e.g., Durga Puja, Eid, New Year's, Christmas, or long weekends). A surcharge may be applied during these times.
All rates are based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
The final price is based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) at the time of booking confirmation. The current price is an estimate based on the present exchange rate.
All rates are quoted in BDT for the specified number of persons. If the number of travelers decreases, we reserve the right to revise the holiday rate without prior notice.

Payments and Cancellations

There will be no refunds for unutilized services once a booking has been confirmed.
Shorter stays or early check-outs will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
Once a booking is guaranteed, no amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel changes, etc.) can be made.
If you wish to change your itinerary after the booking is made, you will be required to pay any price difference.

Accommodation and Services

Guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the hotel or resort they are staying in.
In the event that the reserved accommodation is unavailable upon your arrival, we will arrange an alternate accommodation of the same standard.
Requests for adjoining, adjacent, or same-floor rooms are strictly subject to availability.
City tax, resort fees, or tourist taxes are not included in the holiday package and must be paid directly to the hotel by the guest.
We advise guests to visit the respective hotel websites for a better understanding of the facilities before confirming their booking.

Transfers and Timings

The maximum waiting time for airport transfers is 80 minutes from the flight's touchdown. Delays exceeding this period may incur an extra charge.
Please be punctual for all tours and transfers. The maximum waiting time is 5 minutes for SIC (Seat-in-Coach) and 10 minutes for private transfers.
Any requests for itinerary amendments must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, an alternative vehicle will be provided. However, we cannot offer compensation for any time lost due to this event.

Guest Responsibilities and Disclaimers

It is the guest's responsibility to carry all necessary travel documents, including accommodation vouchers, passports, valid identity proofs, and flight tickets.
Guests are expected to provide valid identification for bookings; reservations made under a fictitious name will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for any additional costs or delays resulting from events beyond our control, such as technical issues with transportation, flight cancellations, political disturbances, natural disasters, or adverse weather. Any increases in costs due to fuel prices, government taxes, or accommodation charges will be passed on to the guest.
We hold no legal liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury that may arise directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday.
All airfares are non-refundable and subject to change and availability.
The terms and conditions of the service provider govern journeys undertaken by air, land, or sea.
The ability to visit all places mentioned in the itinerary is dependent on the availability of time and weather conditions.
In the case of any immigration or visa complications, our cancellation policy will be applied in full.
